The Procedure Should you choose to have stem cell treatment, you will receive the cells by means of a transfusion for about one hour a day over four days. You are free to spend your time as you wish for the balance of those days. Although you may have a sense of wellbeing after the treatment; you can expect the old adage from your therapist to ‘take it easy’ during treatment.
